CPDHub Directory Website

CPDHub is a professional development directory website focused on continuing professional development (CPD), job vacancies, speakers, and industry partnerships. The project centered on a home page redesign using the existing MyListing theme, with the objective of improving visual clarity, credibility, and usability—without altering any existing data or backend functionality.

The redesign streamlined a cluttered layout into a clean, modern, and purpose-driven homepage that highlights key credibility signals such as strategic partnerships, featured speakers, and job opportunities, while preserving the website’s established directory infrastructure.

  • Retained the MyListing theme and all existing listings, data, and functionality

  • Redesigned only the homepage, without impacting other areas of the site

  • Reduced visual clutter while still showcasing multiple content types (jobs, speakers, partnerships)

  • Improved the presentation of job vacancies, which were previously overwhelming and poorly structured

  • Duplicated the homepage in the WordPress backend, allowing the client to review and approve changes before replacing the live version.

  • Elevated high-trust elements—such as the partnership with Gilly Woodhouse / Osteobiz and featured speakers—to strengthen authority and professional legitimacy.

  • Simplified the page structure by reducing section density, increasing white space, and improving alignment to create a cleaner, more professional appearance.

  • Redesigned the job listings section to improve readability and visual balance, making vacancies easier to scan without dominating the page.

  • Gave prominent visual emphasis to the partnership with Gilly Woodhouse / Osteobiz, ensuring it was immediately visible and positioned as a trust anchor.
  • Refined the layout and presentation of featured speakers to reinforce credibility and professional value.
  • All design improvements were implemented within MyListing’s existing framework, ensuring consistency, maintainability, and zero disruption to backend functionality.
