 Slow websites feel untrustworthy. It’s psychological. I’ve seen gorgeous directory sites bleed traffic simply because they took 6 seconds to load.

Visuals that feel local and familiar   

Stock photos of generic smiling people? Visitors see through that instantly. Authentic imagery tied to the niche or location builds connection fast.

The moment I applied these fixes to that client’s site, the feedback changed completely.
