Kidzyclub Directory Website
KidzyClub.ch is a bilingual (German/English) marketplace website designed to connect families with children’s activities, events, and experiences offered by local vendors. Built on WordPress using the popular Directorist Directory Plugin and Onelisting Theme, the website enables vendors to publish listings for free while monetizing through a commission-based booking model.
The project focused on optimizing an existing Directorist website, finalizing incomplete workflows, improving multilingual consistency, and clarifying the vendor business model through UX improvements, FAQs, and transparent pricing communication. The end result is a polished, production-ready directory website that supports both customer discovery and vendor onboarding at scale.
Task
The core challenge was bringing an almost-finished directory marketplace “over the finish line” by resolving usability gaps, multilingual inconsistencies, and unclear vendor flows.
